Application Guidelines

Reservations: Please reserve as early as possible as space is limited on all of the workshops. On all workshops less than $100.00 per person, full payment is required at the time of booking. On workshops over $100.00 per person, a 50% deposit is required. Final payment must be made 30 days prior to workshop. Applications accepted on first-come, first served basis. Deposits become non-refundable 30 days before workshop and total amount is forfeited if cancellation is within the last 15 days, unless there is a willing person on a waiting list. A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO HOLD YOUR SPOT IN THE WORKSHOP, OTHERWISE THE SPOT WILL BE GIVEN TO THE NEXT PERSON IN LINE. We reserve the right to cancel any workshop for any reason by refunding in full all deposits for that specific workshop.

Waiver of Liability Forms: Each participant must sign a waiver of liability form before participating in any trip.

Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your deposit. If there is an orientation, detailed information on cameras, films, filters, supplies, photographing techniques for the specific workshop, transportation, lodging and food is given out there. If you are unable to attend, information will be mailed. Unless stated otherwise, the workshop orientations and critiques will be held in the instructor's studio at 4000 Middlefield Road, Studio E-3, Palo Alto, California, Phone (650) 857-9224
